Bomb threats, Air France Emergency Landing


Rio de Janeiro - owned airline Air France plane emergency landing on a city in Brazil after receiving a bomb threat, Saturday night local time.

Jorge Andrade, a spokesman for Infraero, Brazil's airport authority, reports the Associated Press on Sunday (11/07/2010), reported the plane successfully evacuated all passengers safely.

Jorge adding the plane took off from the city of Rio de Janeiro with the aim of the Paris, France. But then transferred to the northeastern city of Recife and an emergency landing there on Saturday night.

After that the relevant authorities inspect the aircraft to ensure whether or not the bomb. Aircraft route this time, the same Air France plane that crashed in Brazil's northeastern coast in June last year.

The disaster killed 228 crew and passengers. Until now the exact cause of the crash of an Airbus 330 with flight number AF447 is still a mystery.
